PHASE III : COACHING
The tools introduced during The Great Communicator Workshop will enable you to present yourself, your ideas and your services more powerfully.  Perfecting these skills will take practice and a commitment to supporting the changes necessary to guarantee success.  In order to help you implement the changes we recommend during The Training Phase, we’ll provide the following services.

Focus Meetings
Implementing change is often met with unplanned corporate roadblocks.  If not addressed, these obstacles may cause you to abandon new ideas and revert to the "old way of doing things."  These blocks vary from one individual to another but often include:

• Insufficient time to implement new ideas
• The lack of internal support
• Conflicting corporate objectives

Accordingly, a Pygmalion coach will meet with you immediately following The Great Communicator Workshop and monthly thereafter to unveil and address the potential roadblocks you might find on your path toward success.  These meetings will identify the steps necessary to ensure that you have the internal structure required to reinforce your commitment.  Together, we’ll develop a plan and make ongoing recommendations to ensure that you support the Program’s powerful concepts until they become habit.

Time line:  Focus meetings are approximately 30 minutes and are held monthly in person or by phone.

The Image Enhancer
During The Coaching Phase we will make recommendations and assist you in the implementation of upgrades to your wardrobe, hair and/or makeup. 

Presentation Coaching
When it comes to improving communication skills, we’ve found two things to be inevitable: there is always room for improvement and each person has a unique path to follow to achieve maximum results.  In order to support your commitment to excellence, we provide presentation coaching to focus on your unique strengths and development opportunities. This ongoing coaching element provides opportunities for you to obtain our professional feedback on your critical presentations prior to important meetings.

Time line:  We will provide you with three, two-hour, in-person, videoconference or iCoach coaching sessions.  The iCoach option is a convenient web conferencing tool that can be conducted from the comfort of your home, office or hotel room.

Help Line
You’ll have unlimited access to us telephonically or electronically for assistance on any aspect of the presentation process.  At your direction, we’ll debrief audiences with whom you’ve recently spoken in order to provide you with vital feedback.

The Grand Finale
During this final workshop of the six-month program, we will assess your progress by videotaping you delivering a presentation and providing you with private coaching.  The central focus of instruction will be on strategies that take your speaking skills to the next level.  We will celebrate your success with a certificate of completion and invitation to join The Masters Program.

Time line: Six months.  Includes monthly Focus Meetings, bimonthly, two-hour Presentation Coaching Sessions and the one-day Grand Finale Workshop.  

Program Investment
